OUR NANNIES
Our nannies are chosen based on experience, strong work ethic, loyalty and stability. To recruit applicants, Elite Nanny Services strategically places advertisements and reviews referrals endorsed by other clients and applicants. After completing a thorough questionnaire, each applicant is interviewed by our placement specialist. If the applicant meets our strict requirements, we then do a detailed reference and background check.
We require the following from each applicant:
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- At least two years of recent childcare experience
- Fluency in English
- A thorough background investigation
- Proof of citizenship or evidence that the candidate may legally work in the United States
All references are contacted and the results are transcribed for you
SAFETY
As the safety of your family is paramount, the standard screening process for each of our nannies includes Social Security Verification, Criminal Records Search, a DMV Records search, and a Sex Offender Registry Search. To avoid any conflict of interest, Elite Nanny Services works with an independent company to conduct these background checks.
When a potential candidate recommended by Elite Nanny Services arrives at your door, you can be assured that this individual is highly credentialed in childcare and has been carefully screened.

2) We identify the best prospects for your needs. Next, we’ll compare your requirements with the experience and interests of our applicants to find a compatible match.
3) Select your employee. We will meet with you, at your home, to present resumes of qualified candidates whom we would recommend. This will allow us to better understand your needs. These candidates have already undergone our extensive screening process. We will also coordinate interviews with you and the candidates you choose.
4) Extensive Third-Party Background Check. Once this stage is complete, all you need to do is set a start date.
